Electroforming is a process of production or reproduction of objects through the electrodeposition of a metal on a model ("matrix" - spindle) capable of conducting electricity.
By suitably prolonging the deposition time, it is obtained a self-supporting electroformed, which, separated from the matrix, constitutes its exact negative replica. The electroformed can constitute the required object or be used as a mold for the manufacture of other objects.
It allows to reproduce even the most complex geometries such as erosion protection profiles in the aerospace sector.
