The activities that the company is called upon to deal with have several stages ranging from the review of documentation to the actual execution of the work.<\/p>\n

In the first phase, technical documentation assumes a key role, as it allows activities to be identified and executed in accordance with the requirements set by the end customer: based on this, appropriate internal documentation is prepared for the execution of specific processing cycles.<\/p>\n

In the second phase, the application phase, the training and skill of resources, planning and punctuality in controls, and the ability to prevent and manage unforeseen events become preponderant, ensuring the quality of the final product.
The ability to manage the “process,” in this case, the organizational system, human resources, products, plant and equipment, is, therefore, the means by which the company achieves the expected results and consequent customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
